• User Photos: Images you manually upload within the extension to see a virtual try-on preview.
• API Keys: If you use the "Own API Key" mode, you provide your own Google Gemini API key. This key is saved locally in your browser's secure storage.
• Account Details: If you choose to create an account to buy credits, we require an email address and a password.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the data we collect solely to provide the core service functionalities:

• Image Processing: Your uploaded photos are securely transmitted to advanced AI models (like Google Gemini and Stable Diffusion 3) temporarily to render the final clothing try-on result.
• Authentication & Credits: Your email and encrypted password are used to log you in and manage your AI generation credits.
• Payment Processing: If you purchase credits, your transaction is handled securely by Razorpay. We do not process or store sensitive credit card information locally.

3. Data Retention and Storage

We do NOT permanently store your photos. Once the virtual try-on image has been generated and returned to your browser, the original photos are quickly discarded from our intermediary processing servers. We definitively do not use your personal selfies/images to train or fine-tune our underlying AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide high-quality AI results and secure infrastructure, TryOn AI integrates with the following third parties (which have their own strict data policies):

• Google AI Studio (Gemini): For handling advanced AI multimodal requests.
• Stability AI / NVIDIA APIs: For high-fidelity image generation and manipulation tasks.
• Razorpay: Uniquely responsible for secure financial transactions and credit deductions.

5. Security

We implement robust industry standard measures to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information. For users providing their own API keys, we ensure that keys remain strictly inside standard Chrome Extension local storage (`chrome.storage.local`) and are never routed to our own databases.
